Terms of service

Effective date: September 22, 2026.

These terms govern purchases from and use of the Octagon storefront operated by Octagon Clo LLC ("Octagon", "we", "us"). Read them with our shipping, returns and privacy policies. The terms in force when an order is accepted apply to that purchase; later updates do not retrospectively remove agreed rights.

Eligibility and orders

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase contract, or the permission and supervision required from a parent or guardian. The store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and to use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The initial automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, or expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept an order because of stock, a material pricing error, payment verification or suspected fraud, we will notify you and promptly refund any amount collected for the unaccepted order. We do not reserve a right to change an agreed price without your consent.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, size information, prices, currency and availability are shown before purchase. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance; this does not excuse a material mismatch with the description. Checkout shows charges and taxes we collect. For international orders, review the shipping policy on import charges. We may correct genuine errors before acceptance and give you the choice to proceed on corrected terms or cancel. Changes do not remove remedies for goods already purchased.

Payments, delivery and returns

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. Any financing or pay-later service has its own provider terms and eligibility checks; its presence elsewhere on the site is not a financing approval. Delivery is governed by the shipping policy; change-of-mind returns, defects and refunds by the returns and refunds policy. Your legal cancellation rights are described in the cancellation policy.

Promotions and optional services

Discounts apply only under their published conditions and may not combine unless stated. A gift or promotion is included only when expressly confirmed for the qualifying order. No subscription, recurring charge, competition entry or paid add-on arises solely from browsing the site or joining the newsletter. Separate offers must disclose their relevant terms before participation.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, impersonate others or misuse customer information. Octagon branding and content are owned by us or used under licence. You may view and share links for personal use; commercial reproduction requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for our own goods or obligations.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care to operate the site and fulfil orders. Website availability can be affected by maintenance or external outages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses from your use of a consumer retail purchase, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer protection. We do not disclaim statutory product warranties or require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.

Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. Wyoming law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the country in which they habitually reside. You retain any right to bring proceedings in your local competent courts or use a competent regulator or dispute-resolution service. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right. If the law applicable to your purchase gives you stronger rights, those rights take priority.
