Refund policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026.

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window for eligible clothing and accessories bought directly from Octagon. Notify us within 30 days after delivery and send the item back within 14 days after your notice. Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are separate and are not shortened by this offer.

Starting a return

Email us with your order number, the item or items and whether you want a return or an exchange. You may also use our contact page. A reason is helpful but is not required for a statutory withdrawal. We will provide the return destination and any applicable label instructions. Keep your notice and proof of posting. Requesting instructions does not make our approval a condition of a valid statutory withdrawal.

Condition and exclusions

For our voluntary return offer, return items unworn apart from a reasonable indoor fitting, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags and supplied accessories. Use protective packaging. Do not wear footwear outdoors when checking fit. We may decline a voluntary return of goods that have been used beyond fitting or damaged after delivery. For a statutory withdrawal, handling reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods is allowed; a deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond this and only as permitted by law.

Genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the applicable law permits and the exclusion was disclosed before purchase. Ordinary clothing is not automatically excluded for hygiene reasons. Sale pricing alone does not remove statutory rights. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Return shipping and exchanges

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agreed otherwise or the law requires us to pay. Any optional prepaid label charge must be disclosed before you accept it. We do not charge a restocking fee. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs where we are responsible. Do not send goods cash on delivery.

Exchanges depend on stock. The simplest way to secure a different size or colour is to request a return and place a new order. A price difference is charged or refunded as applicable; we will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another lawful method. We do not require store credit instead of a refund you are entitled to. For voluntary returns, we aim to issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving and checking the returned item; your bank may take additional time to post it. For statutory withdrawals, the legal refund deadline applies instead: in the EU/EEA and UK, generally within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, although we may withhold repayment until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first, where permitted.

For a full statutory withdrawal, we refund the original standard outbound delivery charge. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option need not be refunded. For a partial return, outbound delivery is refunded to the extent required by law. For voluntary change-of-mind returns outside statutory rights, original delivery charges are not refunded. Necessary return costs for merchant errors or faulty goods are handled under your applicable rights. We explain any lawful deduction rather than apply an undisclosed fee.

EU/EEA and UK withdrawal

Where applicable, you may withdraw from an online goods purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If a single order is delivered in separate consignments, the statutory period generally starts on receipt of the last item. Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice before the deadline and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. See our cancellation policy and model withdrawal form. This 14-day legal right is not replaced by the conditions of our longer voluntary offer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help but are not an absolute condition of exercising your rights. Normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are not automatically manufacturing defects. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Statutory conformity and warranty rights continue beyond our voluntary return window. EU consumers generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods; other jurisdictions may provide different or longer protection.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right. If the law applicable to your purchase gives you stronger rights, those rights take priority.
